I had a much better run this morning and pushed myself a little harder. 3.28 miles today and like last Saturday, I stopped at the park and did some supersets of Austrailian Pull-ups, push-ups and planks. 10/10/30sec just like last time.

Sunday through Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I walked 2.05 miles each day with Mrs. Kenobi and did a superset body weight routine on Tuesday.

It has been a good week for PT!
