Downloaded the Nike+ app for my iPhone, works much better than the standard Nike+ app on my iPod nano.
3.20 miles at 42:42, 80ft of elevation changes, 435 calories burned, average pace of 13:20.

Paused the run at the 2.30 mile mark, 30min into my run and knocked out three more super sets of: push-ups x10, Australian Pull-ups x10 & 30sec planks.

I have a ways to go, but I am one step closer and one step farther down the road.

Recently watched the documentary “Fed Up” about the food industry. It is worth your time.
