Gather ’round folks, it’s PR time again!!
Now, I haven’t been able to hit the gym since 11/28 due to me still getting used to the new business line I am in and because I am currently travelling for work related training, about 1800+ miles to the East of my base of operations.
I heard that there was a gym on the campus here near the hotel, but I wasn’t exactly convinced it would be a GYM kind of gym. Usually hotel supplied gyms are a bunch of cardio machines with maybe a few shake weights thrown in, or something to that effect.
You could imagine my utter fan-boy class glee when I beheld the majesty of ACTUAL free weights and ACTUAL racks and ACTUAL bars and ACTUAL plates….
LET’S DO THIS!
