Workout 10/28/14: Pulls, Dips & GtG Pushups

If you aren’t familiar with the term GTG, it is short for “Greasing the Groove” where you execute an exercise throughout the entire day, spaced out far enough where you are rested.

Throughout work today, push ups were my GtG choice in sets of 15: 6 x 15

The rest of today’s training was as follows:

Pull Ups (no negs): 4, 3, 3, 3, 2

Dips: 5 x 5

That’s it for today, next training session it’s back to the Deadlifts and Squats!
