Workout 10/22/14: “new” routine part 3

Although I like going to the gym to zone out and focus, what was required of this workout can also be done at home if needed.

Today, working out from home was needed.

Neutral Grip Chin Ups: Bodyweight x3 x6 (Neutral grip is palms facing toward each other)

Dips w/assistance band -25lbs off Bodyweight: x6 x5, also 1 set of 19 for my sixth and final set.

DONE.

I’m trusting the plan for now. And as I write plan, I keep thinking of Heath Ledger as Joker talking about how things are “all part of the plaaan….”.

More than likely this routine will turn into a 3/4 split.

We shall see.
