It’s been 2.5 weeks since my last run on the bike and I need to take advantage of the weather while it’s still here!
So, here are the stats!
Route: 7 miles – I shook my normal mountain bike route up and instead of doing one large 7 mile loop, I took the majority of the running/ruck walk route and did it three times. NINE solid inclines! Those last three inclines had me talking to myself like I was C.T. Fletcher! If you every read this, thanks for the motivation, C.T.!
Temp: Cool. Mid 70s at sunset, slight breeze.
