The hardest part for me is getting my rear out of bed. If I can get out of bed and turn off my alarm, hitting the gym is as good as done.

Dynamic Warmup

Dead Lifts:  45lbs(bar) x 10 x 1, 75lbs x 5 x 1, 95lbs x 5 x 1, 115lbs x 5 x 1, 135lbs x 5 x 2

The Press (overhead press):  45lbs x 5 x 2, 55lbs x 5 x 1, 65lbs x 5 x 1, 75lbs x 5 x 1

Chin Ups / Negative Chins:  5/0, 3/2, 2/3, 1/4, 0/5

Run 5 laps (1mile):  1.5 laps jog, .5 lap walk, 1 lap jog, 1 lap walk, 1 lap run (last 1/4 – 1/3 of the final lap is always a sprint, or as close as I can get to a sprint depending on how gassed I am,)

Cool Down Stretches
